Delete your account
Deleting your RallyBook account permanently removes your profile and avatar, joined events and entitlements, uploaded navigation sessions (including the ride logs behind your lifetime-kilometres badge), and your sign-in itself. This cannot be undone, and there is no recovery period. Your name simply disappears from organizer rosters.
In the app
Open RallyBook, tap your profile (top of the library), and choose Delete Account at the bottom of the account screen. Confirm the prompt and everything above is removed immediately. If you signed in with Apple, iOS will ask you to confirm with Apple once more so we can also revoke your Sign in with Apple token.

Can't sign in?
If you've lost access to your sign-in method, email hello@rallybook.app from any address and we'll verify your identity and delete the account within 30 days. See the privacy policy for what we keep and for how long.
