RallyBook is not a PDF reader with a map bolted on. It is a navigation cockpit: the roadbook, the heading, the distance and the zones, arranged the way a rider actually uses them at speed.

Your training doesn't end when the stage ends.
RallyBook records the run. Afterwards it reconstructs how you navigated it: where you left the route, what it cost you, which waypoints you took and which you missed, and where the time actually went.

One memorable event password (DAKAR26) shared however you already reach your field. Or invite by email from the entry list. Approve riders one by one, or open the gate.

The event appears in each rider's library with every stage you uploaded. Corrections you publish reach them on the next refresh, and you can see who has the latest version.

Bibs, names, country flags. Edit them inline. Pre-list riders before they even register, and the entry slot waits for them. Live counts as they join, and per-rider download status so you know who has the correction and who does not.

You spent months building your roadbook. Every photocopied page and forwarded GPX is a season's work walking out the door. RallyBook gives a rider exactly what they need to ride your event, and nothing they can hand to somebody else.
We're honest about what this is: protection against the casual forward, the well-meaning rider sharing with a friend, and last edition's files circulating on the grid. No protection on a general-purpose device is absolute, and we won't claim otherwise.
Encrypted on every device
The file a rider downloads isn't a readable GPX. It's encrypted, and it opens inside RallyBook under their account, so forwarding it doesn't hand anyone a roadbook.
Tied to the rider, not the file
Access belongs to a RallyBook account. A new phone means signing in again; a borrowed file from another account hits a closed door.
Access ends when the event does
You set the dates. When they pass, the local copy goes and the server stops handing out the key. The card stays as history; nothing inside it opens.
Export is turned off
The share sheet is disabled for event roadbooks. There's no 'open in Files', no 'send to Mac'.
