For rally organizers and amateur riders

Send your roadbooks
straight to the start line.

RallyBook is the simplest way to give your participants exactly what they need to navigate your event — without ever letting the files leave their phone. No emails with GPX attachments. No shared drives the wrong people stumble onto. No roadbooks floating around the internet after the rally is over.

For organizers

Run your event from one screen.

Whether you're putting on a desert race, running a roadbook school, or organising a weekend ride with friends — RallyBook handles the distribution so you can focus on the route.

Create an event in 60 seconds

Name it. Pick the dates. Drop the location on a map. Upload the roadbooks. That's it — your event is live and ready to share.

One event password, every rider

Pick a memorable password like DAKAR26. Share it on WhatsApp, in your sign-up email, on the notice board at the briefing. Riders type it in once and they're in — or invite them by email and skip even that.

Approve riders one by one — or open the gate

Manual approval for races where you vet entrants. An open password for training sessions and group rides. Switch the mode any time.

See your start list come alive

Bibs, names, country flags. Edit them inline. Pre-list riders before they even register, and the entry slot waits for them.

For riders

The roadbook is on your phone the moment you sign in.

No more digging through email threads or waiting for the organiser's shared drive. The app is free — download it, type the event password, ride.

Sign in once

Apple, Google, or email — your account follows you across devices. Every event you've joined shows up automatically.

Built for the middle of nowhere

Download before you leave the bivouac. Navigation works without signal — your phone is your roadbook reader, not a streaming player.

Never lose a roadbook again

Past events stay in your library as a personal history. Re-read your last rally on the flight home; the organiser keeps control of who can re-download.

Designed so roadbooks can't be shared

You spent months building your roadbook. Keep it yours.

Every time a paper roadbook gets photocopied or a GPX gets forwarded, you lose a sale and a season's work walks out the door. RallyBook gives the rider exactly what they paid for — and nothing they can hand to anyone else.

See how the protection works
  • Encrypted on every phone

The file riders download isn't readable outside the app. Forwarding it does nothing — there's no roadbook anyone else can open.

  • Tied to the rider, not the file

Each rider's access is linked to their RallyBook account. A copied phone or shared file doesn't get someone else past your front door.

  • Auto-expires when the event ends

Roadbooks disappear from rider phones the day after the finish line. No chasing anyone to delete anything.

  • No screenshots, no exports

The app blocks the share sheet for online roadbooks. What lives in RallyBook, stays in RallyBook.

How it works

Three steps from upload to start line.

  1. 01

    You upload the roadbook

GPX from your favorite tool, or a .cap file from RallyCAP. Drag it into your event and we encrypt it on the way in.

  2. 02

Riders join with your event password

They install the free app, sign in, type the password — or accept your email invite. The event appears in their library with every stage you uploaded.

  3. 03

    They navigate

Offline. Encrypted. Bound to their account. When the event ends, the roadbook self-destructs and nothing leaks.

Your next event deserves better than email attachments.

Sign up takes a minute. RallyBook is free while we're in early access — run a real event on it and help us shape the platform.
