The flow

From file to listing.

  1. 01

    Upload a GPX or PDF

Drop the file into your workspace. A GPX stage gives riders the full cockpit, with waypoints, odometer and speed zones. A PDF gives them the pages as you drew them. Both rent the same way.

  2. 02

The preview is free, and not optional

Preview pages are picked from the file itself, so riders look at the real thing before they pay. A listing without a preview cannot be published.

  3. 03

    Set the price in Credits

One Credit is one euro. A training loop at 15, a multi-day book at 300: your call. Riders buy Credits in the RallyBook app and rent on this site or in the app.

  4. 04

A person reads it before it publishes

Every listing is checked before it appears on the map. Withdraw it any time.

  5. 05

Reviews only from riders who rode it

A rating can only be left by a rider who rented the stage and verifiably rode it. Nobody else gets a say.

Earnings

Earnings, holds and payouts, in plain words.

You earn the majority of every rental

Each rental is itemised in your ledger the moment it is paid, with your share shown as a real figure. The terms set out exactly how it is calculated.

Held, then available

A new earning sits as pending while the rental clears, then moves to available. Your earnings page shows both totals and every sale behind them.

Paid out by bank transfer, on request

From €100 of available earnings, ask for a payout and it goes to your bank account.

Or convert to Credits, at +10%

Turn available earnings into Credits for your own rentals and Analysis Reports, with ten percent on top.

The exact calculation is in the terms. Your dashboard shows the real figures for your own sales.

Rented, never copied

Riders rent a session. They never get the file.

Encryption, expiry and device limits are the platform's job. Listing your best work does not mean giving it away once.

Encrypted on the device

A rented roadbook opens inside RallyBook, under the rider's account. There is no export and no share sheet.

One session, 48 hours from the first ride

The clock starts when the rider begins the stage, not when they download. The rider has 30 days from purchase to download and start.

Two cockpit devices

Driver and navigator share one rental. A third device does not open it.

How renting works for riders

Common questions

Before you list.

What can I upload?
GPX from any rally planner, or a PDF roadbook. Uploads go into your own workspace; you do not need an organization to list.
Can I share a roadbook for free instead?
Yes. Make it public rather than listing it and it appears on the map at no cost to riders.
What does a rider get?
One riding session of up to 48 hours from the first ride, on up to two cockpit devices, offline, with the same free preview everyone sees. They never receive the file.
When do I get paid?
Earnings become available once each rental clears. Request a bank transfer from €100, or convert to Credits at +10% whenever you like.
Can I take a listing down?
Any time. Withdraw it from your dashboard and it leaves the map.
Who can review my roadbook?
Only riders who rented it and verifiably rode it. A review is free to leave and cannot be removed for being negative.
